I own a 2002 Chevy Malibu LS and I had some concerns about a cooling s... read more I own a 2002 Chevy Malibu LS and I had some concerns about a cooling system leak, possible head gasket leak, a faulty brake booster, and maybe to get the EGR valve replaced. The inspection was very detailed with pictures to assure you that the issues they report to you are precise and clear. The pictures are very detailed. And even though I bought my Malibu knowing the defects associated with that generation I'm still happy with it. The new brake booster makes stopping MUCH better. I dont have to worry about the car stalling when I press on the brakes. And the front left CV axel was actually torn and I didnt even realize it. I called them for a quote, I was happy with the price (I had done my research), they ordered the part, we made the appointment and then I brought it in. They fixed it in the amount of time they said they would even though I showed up late, they charged me the price they quoted and they didn't bring any new problems to my attention. They also gave me $25 off because I signed up for the text message discounts. I haven't been getting any texts since then but I got and used that first one. I haven't smelled oil since that day. They also gave me a stamp card to earn a free oil change. I'm thoroughly happy.
