They go "above and beyond", example is our Range Rover broke down on the side of the road, just out of warrantee and was towed to the dealership. In typical dealership fashion they tried to take advantage of my wife and quoted a $5,300 repair. I had it towed to Spring Auto Pro’s from the dealership where we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort they put in to find out exactly what was wrong and fix it properly; not just a replace everything attitude. They took their time, really investigating the issue to pinpoint it, which saved us over $4,000! They could have charged us more knowing we’d be happy with half the price of the dealers quote but they didn’t. They have the do the right thing attitude, which is hard to come by in the automotive industry. They went out of their way to assist us with obtaining and coordinating, a rental car and also got us a discount. This may have been the best auto repair shop experience I’ve had in my 40 years and I’ve owned a lot of vehicles of all types. They give you the straight truth, what you need now, pricing options, and what you'll need at some point (and how long you can wait). These guys are great; we just purchased a new vehicle and will be using them for any auto needs we incur.

I had to go to a parts store for a jack because the truck owner had no idea where theirs was. On the way back from the parts store, I stopped at Quality Car Care to ask if they could be open to do a repair. It was just before 6:00pm (their closing time), but they offered to remain until I could return with the tire, which they then plugged. The next day, which is the reason for the urgency, that vehicle was used for a 700 mile trip, and the tire gave no problems. My thanks to Quality Car Care for not watching the clock, but for giving their time and expertise to help when it was truly needed.

But after an hour of driving I went back to exchange the front tire because it made the steering wheel shake. That's where the trouble started. They told me the tire would work great on the back and that the reason it wasn't good for a front tire was because the front of the car was much heavier than the back. To keep this posting short, let's just say they agreed to swap out the tire - but they weren't happy. After selecting a replacement tire, they tried to balance it, but the weights kept moving. So I suggested he take the tire off the wheel again and make sure he got all the water out of it. We then took the tire off the wheel and wiped out ther remaining water that was in the tire. It was at this point the owner told me to leave the shop. The reason was so I couldn't watch the tire being rebalanced. The employee put the tire on the balancer but didn't spin it. I kept saying I wanted to see it balanced, but they wouldn't put it back on unless I agreed to pay for it. I said no. The owner then went off on me an F this and an F that. How I was so F'n picky. So I ended up leaving the shop with an unbalanced tire. I will never ever do business with them again.
