I came in from North Carolina to visit an old Navy friend and while there I needed an oil change, he suggested Kwik Kar. As they got my info the Asst. Mgr. Michelle(Awesome young lady!) took my phone number so as to call me if anything needed my attention while I shopped next door at the Harley dealer. She called and informed me my Cabin Air Filter was dirty and did I want to replace it. I said no I would take care of it when I returned home. Good thing, they were going to charge me $39.95 for the filter, I purchased it at local auto parts for $13.86. On the way home from Texas the door and latch for the Cabin Air Filter fell off in the floor board. Upon getting home home I inspected and found the retaining latch broke and called back to the store in Willis,TX. I was told by the Asst. Mgr. that she didn't know what to tell me and she would give the Mgr. my info and have him call me with a resolution......he never called. She called back and said he told her he would do nothing. I have tried to locate the owner with no luck. I have tried contacting the owner of Kwik Kar Corp. who sells the franchises.....no luck. I guess now I will have to get legal help.

They go "above and beyond", example is our Range Rover broke down on the side of the road, just out of warrantee and was towed to the dealership. In typical dealership fashion they tried to take advantage of my wife and quoted a $5,300 repair. I had it towed to Spring Auto Pro’s from the dealership where we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort they put in to find out exactly what was wrong and fix it properly; not just a replace everything attitude. They took their time, really investigating the issue to pinpoint it, which saved us over $4,000! They could have charged us more knowing we’d be happy with half the price of the dealers quote but they didn’t. They have the do the right thing attitude, which is hard to come by in the automotive industry. They went out of their way to assist us with obtaining and coordinating, a rental car and also got us a discount. This may have been the best auto repair shop experience I’ve had in my 40 years and I’ve owned a lot of vehicles of all types. They give you the straight truth, what you need now, pricing options, and what you'll need at some point (and how long you can wait). These guys are great; we just purchased a new vehicle and will be using them for any auto needs we incur.
