My husband and I got stranded in texas momentarily while on our cross-... read more My husband and I got stranded in texas momentarily while on our cross-country trip and got towed here for repair to our vehicle. We were greeted warmly and our car was taken care of within a couple of hours so we could hit the road the same day. The waiting room was cool and had a TV. The folks at the front desk were cery friendly and chatted with us for a while as we waited. Overall a pleasant, no stress, reasonably priced experience. Don't think we will ever be though, but wanted to pass on the word that they deserve your business.

They are conscientious and they truly care about their customers from their service writers to their mechanics to the owner of the shop; a total team effort! My vehicle stayed on th lift for two hours without doing anything to ... read more My vehicle stayed on th lift for two hours without doing anything to it while I patiently waited for th oil change and wheel aliegnment. Total trip was three and a half hours then tried to con me into buying tires and shocks. Would not recommend this facility for anyone. Very unsatisfied.
