Short background - was involved in an accident, had my car towed there since it was an approved shop through my insurance and somewhat close to my home. First I get a very, very poorly written email telling me they tried to call and they got a message that my number was "disconnected". I can assure you that is a incorrect. That means they either dialed the wrong number and failed to double check, they didn't try a second time (just in case some strange message did occur) or never actually tried at all. In that same email they said I could either come in to sign an authorization for repair or they could fax it to me. I responded back saying my phone is definitely not disconnected and that I do not have a fax machine (who has a fax machine in their house? I don't even have a land line). I asked if they could email the form to me and I would sign and send back. The response, verbatim "I am unable to email it I guess I will just need you to stop by at your earliest convenience". That's all the email said. My response, "How can you have the ability to fax something but not email it??" Their's, "im not sure why you are questioning me but I can fax a repair auth to you anytime you are ready . I could ask you why can you receive an email but not a fax however these questions are getting us nowhere . easiest way is to just stop by and fill it out , thanks" When you work regular business hours Monday through Friday and the shop is only open regular business hours Monday through Friday how would one expect someone to be able to get there in person? Especially with the morning and afternoon traffic around Houston? You can buy a new scanner for $60 or download any number of FREE smart phone apps to scan and email pdf's. Again all I can rate is the customer service. Unfortunately I will be unable to rate their actual repair abilities because I'm having my vehicle moved to a more professional shop.

The only reason I am giving Momentum Volvo 5 stars is due to the absol... read more The only reason I am giving Momentum Volvo 5 stars is due to the absolute wonderful care and service provided by Keith and Julio in parts. Matthew in service was very kind however, Jonathan the "service manager" has no clue how to adequately do his job and should never be involved with any kind of customer interaction. His negligence and sheer audacity towards customer care has me wondering how he even got his position. If you are going to do any business with Volvo save yourself time and strife and go directly to Julio or Keith. They are PHENOMENAL and know how to do their jobs and that the customer's experience is a priority to them. Truly a horrible experience turned around due to the diligence of both Keith and Julio. Thank you, gentlemen for stepping up and going beyond for me in fixing the issues that arose. Note to management: seriously consider putting Jonathan in the back far away from customers, also, do not allow him to send emails when he is so inadequate at his job.
