I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. Fifth Gear are the only folks I would ever take my Porsche to, or other vehicles for that matter. Ricky has always taken care of my vehicles as if they were his own. I have taken 2 Porsches to him in the last 11 years and will continue to do so, Nobody touches my autos except me and Fifth Gear. Now that they have grown, the folks up front are A+, Thanks Nate for helping and as always Ricky. It's been 11 years, not 8, I was using you guys in the old location. Fred Payne
