I came in from North Carolina to visit an old Navy friend and while there I needed an oil change, he suggested Kwik Kar. As they got my info the Asst. Mgr. Michelle(Awesome young lady!) took my phone number so as to call me if anything needed my attention while I shopped next door at the Harley dealer. She called and informed me my Cabin Air Filter was dirty and did I want to replace it. I said no I would take care of it when I returned home. Good thing, they were going to charge me $39.95 for the filter, I purchased it at local auto parts for $13.86. On the way home from Texas the door and latch for the Cabin Air Filter fell off in the floor board. Upon getting home home I inspected and found the retaining latch broke and called back to the store in Willis,TX. I was told by the Asst. Mgr. that she didn't know what to tell me and she would give the Mgr. my info and have him call me with a resolution......he never called. She called back and said he told her he would do nothing. I have tried to locate the owner with no luck. I have tried contacting the owner of Kwik Kar Corp. who sells the franchises.....no luck. I guess now I will have to get legal help.

They helpfully obliged and even gave me a whole list of pointers and improvements that I needed. The mechanics are professional and know what they are doing. Dwight Debenport

Bill, the owner, is always polite and doesn't BS around the problem. I would rather pay these guys a little extra to do work on my car because I know that I am getting quality service out of them.
