Last week I went to wash my car as I have over the last 5 - 6 years. i... read more Last week I went to wash my car as I have over the last 5 - 6 years. i recommended this carwash to my community members basd on their service on the entire compound. I was about to enter the car wash and one of the workers took the brush and broke off my jaguar emblem off the hood of my car. I have tried to get compensated for a replacedment and/or spea with the owner to no avail. The Manager (Mark) has continued to gve me the runaround for the last week. He and others are stating that because my emblem had rustunder the nood where the housing is located, they should not be liable. My advice to anyone that drives a car such as a Mercedes or Jaguar, DO NOT take your vehicle there because the staff is not responsible and/or professional enough to admit when they are at fault. I now have to seek legal representation to get a $200.00 part replaced due to their unresponsiveness.

This place is the biggest dump I have ever been in 1st thing you see w... read more This place is the biggest dump I have ever been in 1st thing you see when you pull in is a sign saying we are not responsible for damage to your truck from potholes.You can guess what a mess the lot is by that sign alone.Then they advertise a full service restaurant.There is not 1 its fast food crap.The help treats you like shit.This would be a great place to build a real truckstop.
