Completely destroyed the engine. Claimed it was somehow my fault. 2 months later, they finally replaced the engine with a used engine I had to pay for. Stay far away from these people. They also upcharge the parts they provide by a factor of 3.
The shop has had my parents vehicle since July 14, 2016, they took lon... read more The shop has had my parents vehicle since July 14, 2016, they took long to do the job and then gave the car to them July 23, 2016 as a complete job and got paid $1236. The car was not working right so the next day we took it back and they have yet to fix the problem. All we get are excuses and are told it will be ready tomorrow, but when we go to pick it up the next day they give excuses why its not ready and again are old tomorrow,. Today is August 4,2016 I called for status and again their answer is "tomorrow".

I went to the shop to verify if they had 2 Dunlap tires with specific measurements. The gentleman that replaced my tires led me to believe that they did have said tires and that he proceeded to replace the tires with supposed 'Dunlap' tires which I requested and when in reality he was adding another off-brand tire. Due to the cold, rainy and fussy baby I unfortunately did not bother to verify being that I never had to with other shops. When I went into the shop to request they make good on the word of the employee who told me he was adding Dunlap, the manager advised me the he would not and that I could call law enforcement or that he would. I called law enforcement and filed a formal information report against the shop. The officer even informed me that the manager advised him that I requested any tire and not Dunlap and that he did not even carry that brand. I have reported the shop to the Better Business Bureau and highly advise people to avoid dealing with them altogether.
