My Camry was tinted by them in February 2007 and in this last year a window started to bubble. I called them and they said to come in to retint my window in 30 minutes. Went on my lunch hour and it looks great! Good customer service is so hard to come by these days and I am so excited to see Rick and his crew still practice it!! Contacted Steve about two windows he replace 6 years ago that leaked became foggy, windows came with 10 year warranty. Twice Steve said he would come out to replace but never showed. Finally he said he would not warranty or replace the windows. Stay away from this business....dishonest and untrustworthy.
