Quoted for rebuild at $1800, after it was tore down and ready to rebuild it came out to $3000 then had a 2-3 shift problem. Was told it was low voltage from ignition switch and a faults reading from a chip attached to my MAP sensor. Got truck back after a $80 tow fee from one business location to another (60 miles away) and said they would fix these problems. Needless to say I removed the chip my self and the ignition switch is the same ($160). End of the day I’m $3400 into this build. Dealer has brand new trans for 2100. Strongly suggest looking at different builders.

I have a Dodge RAM Promaster with a load that was being delivered to Spanish Fork. My driver was having a problem with it not starting and requiring a jump to get the van started. She had been having this problem since leaving Kentucky. I called a couple of dealerships, but they couldn't look at it for two weeks. Then I called Dickerson and they were able to have her come in right away. They diagnosed the problem as an alternator, gave me an estimate for the repairs. Because of my previous experience with getting parts, I initially decided to have my driver bring it back to Michigan for the repairs. After some thought, I called and asked Jordan how soon he thought they could get the parts. Long story short, Dickerson is fixing the van and it should be done in a couple of days! I highly recommend this business because of their expedience in giving me a diagnosis, a fair price, and being patient enough to let me change my mind and have them fix the vehicle.
