There tech Zackery backed my suv up and took off reving engine and spinning rear tires across shop floor.I complained to front desk.Went Outside Noted They did not replace Chrome metal tire valve caps.Back to front desk to 3 techs down hall laughing about my complaint & missing caps ;They replaced with plastic chrome caps. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!Doug

When my car was going to take me longer then expected, they rented me a car on them. If your live in Charlottesville, va and own a vehicle, Only have it serviced by Holiday Exxon Service Center.

They are fair, and make me feel comfortable about taking my cars there. They also make regular customers feel special by giving us deals and coupons. Even in this day and age, women are skeptical about their choices in car care. Holiday Exxon staff does not talk down to me, but rather take the time to answer all my questions.
