They next day we had a major antifreeze leak inside the car and underneath the hood. Had to take the car to another shop. Midlothian Village Shell never replaced the core. I called and they said the would not stand by there work ! Very dishonest

I had work done at a local chain shop and they led me to believe I had a serious problem that would keep us from driving back to NC. I called Murray's, explained the situation and asked if they could take a look. Less than an hour later, they had carefully looked into things and found a minor oversight by the previous mechanic. It was cleared up and all is good. Attitude, courtesy, responsiveness, listening skills, mechanical understanding ... all top notch. Next time we're here and need auto work - I'll go to them first. We had been looking for over two months and came across this Acura TSX on Yama and Lamar's lot. It was in excellent condition inside and out. The brothers were very knowledgeable, informative and answered all the questions I had about the Acura with honesty.
