This team is phenomenal- they never let me down! Yesterday my alternator went out and would’ve left me stranded. I called Steve at 5:30 PM and he not only loaned me a charger and a jump starter for the night but he fit me into the schedule so that my car could be fixed today! They ALWAYS deliver and they deliver with a smile! I trust them completely for an honest deal and repair and I LOVE that they are Christ followers! I was traveling from New Market, VA to home in Morristown, TN and I re... read more I was traveling from New Market, VA to home in Morristown, TN and I realized my car was leaking something. I called this garage and they agreed to look at my car. I was in and back on the road in about an hour. The people at this garage were exceptionally nice and so polite. I asked what I owed when they were through and the man said nothing. He said he could not charge me and stated that he just hoped that someone would help his wife if she had issues and was that far from home.

The option to drop my car off the night before is convenient and they always go beyond expectations when it comes to customer service. My car has 145,000 miles on it and it drives like it did when I brought it home from the show room. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
