Women in back cooking / service area, heavy set black hair very rude. I said I would like a biscuit with egg only. She said I know that. I said well last week you said what do you want. Went back and forth, until I felt like it was pointless.  Not the first time. Even if she is in anger management courses that does not make a difference. This needs to be addressed ASAP. Last week she came out from the back area and said what do you want. Not good morning, not how may I help you.
