I took my Toyota Tundra to okay tire for an inspection they failed my ... read more I took my Toyota Tundra to okay tire for an inspection they failed my Toyota Tundra because it needed upper ball joints so I had Scott and his crew perform the repair they replaced both upper ball joints when I got home I noticed my passenger side upper ball joint had a wire through the hole where a cotter pin should have been they were not able to get the nut tight enough to get the cotter pin through on April 3rd the nut came all of the way off of the top of the ball joint and came completely disconnected from the vehicle I had to be towed home the previous day I was driving Interstate speeds I or someone else could have been killed I confronted Scott with this he denied everything and laughed please do not get OK Tire to do any front-end work for you they are not reliable and perform unsafe repairs

I spent $2,700 on my pickup. had intake gaskets installed. ran fine going back and forth to the pharmacy, grocery store etc. The first time I ran it up to highway speed the lifters started rattling on the James River bridge, no where to pull over. When I got the truck back, the owner opened the hood, as I followed him back in the service area he told the service writer to send someone down to Haley Ford and get the right oil filter for my truck that had only 90,000 miles on it. When they drained the fresh new oil it looked like a 1970's metal flake paint job......I changed the oil in it for 10 years until I wasn't physically able to...… They pretty much said sorry about your luck. they are the only people I trusted to even touch my vehicle.....I raised 3 children as a Class A Mack truck mechanic. I realize that people make mistakes, but should stand behind them....
