I took my car in last Thursday to find out why it was overheating. From then to today it has been 8days of lies, made up ideas, and unprofessional results. They charged me for an issue that did not fix the overheating. They kept my car over night, promising next day return, but noone showed up to work! Then they lied the next day saying they worked on the car,but the snow around it had never been disturbed! I am appualed an very disappointed with this Napa location. I do not assume that all of them are bad, but I did find it necessary to alert the public about this one on Lynnhaven rd in vabeach. Its worth the drive to the one around the corner instead. Good luck finding good service these days my fellow consumers!
