My daughter had her car repaired at the garage. Four days later the new part failed causing other problems. Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work. I highly recommend him and this garage. Thank you, Bob, for all your concern and help.
This shop was happy to help me with my breakdown- They were really too... read more This shop was happy to help me with my breakdown- They were really too busy to replace my alternator that day- but they did not bother to tell me that until that nightwhen I was hoping to have my car back but instead was stranded. Then they overcharged me for the repair as well as added in a 20 dollar environmental fee even though they did not change any fluis or dispose of any used parts or tires. When I challenged them on the environmental fee- they explained that everyone gets charged that - I guess that is why they don't have to disclose it as part of the estimate. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! they are not honest and will take advantage of you- Cost 556 dollars to change a 200 dollar alternator.
