Keri the owner is very unprofessional and does not have very poor customer service. She believes the necessary information should be “implied” to transfer a title. She’s the one that owns the business and should  “SPECIFY” what information is needed, instead of having customers read her mind and give people the runaround. They have lost my tabs multiple times, and I have to pay for that last tab see. (Kerri this is NOT the first time tabs have been lost). I do not recommend this business whatsoever go to Lake Stevens!

Came in to transfer title and get tabs for a used car we bought. All necessary paperwork in order, even on DOL provided forms. Alyssa was very abrupt and rude, talking to us in a condescending manner stating paperwork was not correct, it would be accepted if it was a handwritten bill of sale (instead of the provided, legal bill of sale which we supplied). She proceeded to talk down to us, loudly and condescendingly, in front of many other customers when we asked her to explain exactly what it was she was requiring in addition to all the forms we had. She eventually did not answer our questions and was obviously annoyed we wanted to do business there, so we left. Went to Julia's in Everett. Within 5 min and without any questions or hassle we had our tabs and plates...the rep was even pleasant. I would gladly drive in Fri eve Everett traffic to do business with Julias instead of dealing with Alyssa at the agency which is 5 min from my house. Alyssa is one of the worst "customer service" representatives I have had the displeasure of dealing with.
