I would not trust the average tech to this coach. In fact I once had to because of timing and needing some help and Steve had to come in after the guy and fix the problem correctly. Steve is really a "Master Mechanic". I am a Systems Engineer at Microsoft so I am familar with troubleshooting and fixing things. Steve is a real pro and I can honestly recommend him anytime. His wife works the parts ordering and office stuff and she is great to work with also, no small part of the team by any means. You will be quite impressed if you call him out to service your rig, he will show you what a real mobile RV business looks like inside his truck. He came out today to fix a problem with our RV500 Tankless water heater. He did a great job.
