Emissions testing service near Big Bend, WI

Needed an alignment and they fit me in the schedule same day. However my truck is now making a horrible noise when I turn to the right. I replaced a bunch of parts before I took it there and drove it, and it did none of this before hand. Not sure if something wasn’t tightened all the way or what. Hoping to have it back in and looked at Monday.

I called and zipped in quick to Richlonn's on South 76th Street, to get new wiper blades installed. We have been going to Richlonn's on South 76th Street for close to 30 years. On my 7th Jeep Rubicon now, there is nothing they can't fix on my Jeeps! The mechanics explain everything in detail to me, and actually talk me out of things that I "think" I need replaced! Awhile back I though I needed new back brakes. The mechanic took the wheels apart and showed me that I did not need new brakes! That saved me several hundred dollars. The mechanic was able to find the mysterious squeak and do a simple fix! And I "thought" I was due for a new air filter. The mechanic took the old filter out and blew air threw it and showed me that I didn't need a brand new air filter. They have also lent me an emergency gas can to rescue a friend, filled up my boat trailer tires and rechecked the tire pressure for me before driving up North, and helped me with so many things that a "family" does for each other! Richlonn's on South 76th Street is honest, fair, and they stand behind their work. I am proud to be able to write this positive review for them!

Everyone I talked to was very personable. I was shocked at the price I paid for a Towmax STR trailer tire. I recognize I was called and quoted a price. Shame on me for not differentiating between the Vanguard and the STR.

I have been going to Richlonn's (in Racine) for tires, brakes and service the last 15-years. I have always been pleased and satisfied as a customer. In fact, approx. 3-months ago, Mother needed tires (white whal) on '86 Cadillac and not having luck in finding what she wanted. I spoke to Brian V. (Store Manager) about the circumstances and then made an appointment for Mom to get tires. Mom is very satisfied with the new tires and 90,000 mile warranty. Also, no one came close to offering the lifetime rotation, price of installing, balancing and Computer check-up for alignment problem with Nitrogen air and extensions. I have a 2001 Toyota Tacoma with 87K on it. Great truck. Check engine light came on so I went to a local dealer where I had purchased two other vehicles in the past. They said I needed both catalytic converters for the not so surprising sum of $3600. I understand that dealers always charge high for parts but, no. I went to Paul's Bender Center ( to the dealers credit they did suggest Paul's ) and they quickly found bad gaskets near the O sensor causing the bad reading. One hour and $ 109.20 later AND a passed emissions I drove off smiling. I've been to Paul's in the past and will surely return and recommend their services to everyone. James M. Kenosha, WI

So far so good. Didn't give me the news I wanted to hear but they are being honest and upfront. Their customer service is top notch. Every time I spoke to them, they were always pleasant. I hope to never have the need for their services but if the need arise I'll definitely use them. No doubt giving references too.

The team at Mraz replaced the transmission and clutch in my Mini Cooper (2003) in about a day. The longest wait was for parts from Mini USA, but they were able to have everything done very fast. The car came back spotless, and the price was much less than the dealer. They also accepted my extended dealer warrenty that I purchased when I bought my car with no problems.

Our fleet of trucks have never ran better since we had these guys on site.

I found them through AAA when I moved to Milwaukee in 2010 and have been going for routine and non-routine maintenance at least 4 times a year since. They do good work, they communicate well, they are priced fair and they go above and beyond. One year I was in an accident and brought my car in to get the steering and suspension realigned. When I picked it up they had popped out the dent in the bumper purely out of goodwill given they aren't a body shop and it was free of charge. If the check engine light is on and the diagnostic is something silly like a loose gas cap they will turn off the light and wave the diagnostic fee. If it is something that needs to be repaired the $90 price of the diagnostic is applied towards the repair. Given all the times I've brought my car to them I've only had one incident where some lug nuts were loose after a tire rotation. They were immediately apologetic and reimbursed me. I can't say enough good things about this place. When you walk in you will see many hand written thank you notes from other equally grateful and happy customers. When places like Jiffy Lube are scamming customers by cutting corners and selling unnecessary services it feels good to have a trustworthy mechanic.
