Oil change service near Cedarburg, WI

Tried to get me to buy a filter by acting like my filter was terrible when it was fine. Typical procedure of this company. These people are liars and do anything they can to jack up the bill. Requested the cheapest oil and said I never pay more than 40-50 bucks when I get my oil changed and then they used the more expensive oil and my bill was about 90. Pretended like they were giving me a deal by taking 10 dollars off.

Most reviews on Prestige Auto Service in Glendale are favorable, however our experience with them was not. We took our Lexus SUV in for rear brakes (pads and rotars). While driving it home, we immediately notice a noise coming from the rear wheels and brought it back to them the following day. The owner, Scott, took it for a test drive and thought the rear brakes needed to be bled, so I agreed to have them do that (at a cost of coarse). We were still hearing the noise when we got it back. About a week later the noise suddenly began to sound like a freight train (seriously). A mechanic at service garage that I drove by said it sounded like the parking brake, which it turned out was the case. I had to have it towed to Prestige, at 7:45am on a Monday. They finally got it back to us on Wednesday at about 4:00pm. In all, we were without use of our SUV for 7 days-for a brake job. In all fairness, they fastened a shield that was loose under the truck- as a token of apology I suppose. They didn't charge me for fixing what they knew they missed, but I feel he should have gotten to it sooner. Sorry! We won't be back! Rudy (Shorewood)

It is not easy finding a place you can trust when it comes to having your car fixed. I am glad I finally found a place that will do a great job and not try and screw you on price. Best prices in town and honest too. What more could you ask for.

The team at Mraz replaced the transmission and clutch in my Mini Cooper (2003) in about a day. The longest wait was for parts from Mini USA, but they were able to have everything done very fast. The car came back spotless, and the price was much less than the dealer. They also accepted my extended dealer warrenty that I purchased when I bought my car with no problems.

The people at Felsing were wonderful. The muffler and pipe to it came off of my son's car and not only were they able to get it in that day, they had it fixed and ready to go the next day. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and explained things clearly and in terms that a non-car person could understand. They are reasonably priced and do quality work. We will be going here again, should the need arise.

I've lived in Milwaukee for 13 years. For the first three I floated around trying to find a trustworthy, affordable, and fast mechanic. I finally found them around 2004 and I can only say wonderful things about Kevin and Dennis at Greitens. They run a clean shop, are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and fix your car/truck fast and right. The prices are completely fair and straightforward. I highly recommend this shop over all others in Milwaukee.

If you are in need of a great mechanic, Heppe's are your go-to guys. They made my 1996 Audi feel like I just drove it out of the showroom. Honest, good hard-working folks. Can't recommend them enough. I used to be a mechanic back in the day, but your average guy can't work on cars these days without expensive computers, etc. They truly know their stuff, are 1,000 times better than a dealer, and get the job done. They also did work on my wife's car many times and she's super happy. Give them a try. This is a 100% unsolicited review. I give them a 10-star rating!

Loved the atmosphere in the shop. Mike was so professional and quoted me a darn good price! The mechanics were professional and explained everything they did on my SUV. I highly recommend Dave's Garage! It's the most honest and friendly repair shop that I have ever been to!
