Jake, the owner, was extremely rude to me. on 2-8-12 I was overcharged by $2, however the clerk had no idea how to fix this. The clerk, Judi, said she would leave a print out of the receipt and let Jake know o I could get my money back. I went back on 2-10-12 and Jake knew nothing about it. Jake then was extremely rude to me, rolled his eyes, told me he had no clue what I was talking about, and took $2 from his wallet. The way he treated me, a frequent customer, was uncalled for and I will not be going there again.

He has worked on my 94 Astro numerous times since they require a lot of maintenance as the get older. He has towed for me 2-3 times, and I have bought 2 sets of tires plus had tire work done by his shop. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else, he has always been straight with what was needed done and pricing. It is great to have a shop like his in West Bend. Thanks Eddie
