absolutely outstanding customer service experience and that really means a lot these days where customer service has been lost with so many companies. The work performed on my car was done correctly and quickly. I love this place!

I have been a customer of Dawson Motors for about 5 years and they have never disappointed me. But just recently they far exceeded my expectations! My work vehicle had broken down for the last time and it was time to replace it. Without my vehicle, I was totally at a standstill with my construction business. My van was towed into Dawson Motors at 8:45 am on a Saturday. I explained to Bill Dawson that I needed a reliable used van. By chance, he had one on his lot and I asked Bill to give me best deal, that without a vehicle I could not work. He got his wife Linda on the finance part, they made me an offer and I took the deal. My wife and I unloaded my old van of all the tools and supplies and headed home. At 2:30 the same Saturday afternoon Linda called me and said the van was ready for pick up! The Dawson's stayed late in order to get me my van knowing how important it was to my business. I could not have believed anyone would have done this, let alone our small town auto dealership. Not only do they have a highly qualified group of mechanics and a customer service oriented office staff, the owners walk the talk of helping customers way above expectations! MANY thanks! J. A. this service station is great. you will not get cheated here, and they really do quality work. been using them for years, and would not go elsewhere.

I needed an wheel alignment on my 2000 Ford Ranger and called many places which told me I would have to wait over a week or two for them to perform the work. I called up Gene's Tire located in Accord NY on a Friday morning and they set up with an appointment the next day as soon as they opened.They crew working gave me a very nice welcome and performed the wheel alignment within an half hour or less. They were very polite and also very honest which is hard to find from a mechanic shop these day, not to mention they were a little cheaper than the rest and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend anyone who is have issues with their vehicles in this local area to go to Gene's Tire for a perfect service! Thank you Gene, I will be back if I have any issue with my truck.
