The RV was unsafe to drive, the air did not work, the windshield wipers did not work, the tv, radio, lp connection, drivers seat belt - none worked. They stopped accepting calls after the second call we placed with questions and never responded to their so called "emergency" number. If there was a negative rating that is what they would get STAY AWAY, spend your money on a reputable company, don't let them ruin your vacation like they did ours.
